I have done defensive driving courses 2 other times besides this one and this is by far my favorite one. I have done one in person at a comedy club and that was awful and I have done another one that was all video and I can’t stand the test at the end and you had to sit all the way through the 6 hours. This I could log in and out on my time frame. It kept me interested. I will be referring this one to others and if I ever do one again this will be the one that I do. Video clips made me laugh at times and then the real life crash scenes and test dummies made things super interesting.read more

Picked this online DD course to satisfy a speeding ticket. Very easy to complete. I liked the convenience of logging on/off to complete the course in my spare time. Suggestion: Take notes. Everyone's attention span and discipline is different, for me the course was informative, easy to use, easy to understand, and a good reminder of road rules I took for granted. The money spent on this course was well spent towards having a ticket dismissed. This course had all the approvals needed for the dismissal of a speeding ticket (tdlr/tea approved ). Their communication was instantaneous. The pricing was spot on. You could complete the course at your own pace (they all have to be 6 hours) and choose different options to suit your own method of learning. (less reading & more video or vice versa). You could expedite your certificate if need be. Navigating their website was easy! The host for the course popped in every once in a while (video) to give you highlights and a joke or two. There were quizzes along the way so there was no BIG exam at the end. All in all a pleasant, stress free experience (considering). I definitely recommend!read more

It is fast, easy just as the review indicated. even I do not need the certificateright away, it came by mail in two days after I finished the defensive safety course. That really surprises me because I also unload the certificate just the day before at relatively low cost.read more

This course was filled with good information. It took about 6 hrs to finish and reasonable priced. The sections were easy to follow and the quizzes were not too hard if you pay attention. If you have any questions they answer you very quickly and are very customer friendly. I would highly recommend.read more

For the baby boomer generation this course is absolutely perfect. 50"s video clips and enough humor to make it fun. I would recommend to people of all ages as well. If you gotta take a course, this is a good one!!read more

The course took the full 6 hours and it took me two sessions to finish it because of other obligations. It was a good review of laws, new and old. The material was up to date...but, oy vey! get some new pictures inserted in there, guys! You don't have to put all new cars in it, but the 50s vehicles with the tail fins are too much. Put some of the newer smaller cars in the videos to make it more credible for those born way after the Tail Fin Generation. I appreciate the humor and the seriousness you wrote into the scripts. I would come here again if I should ever speed again. Not gonna do that, though! I swear, Officer!read more

Good course. I wish there was an option to not have videos at all and just do all reading. They give you the option to read the transcript of the video but for a couple questions, it's hard to follow without having actually seen the video instead of just reading the transcript. Still, it was an easy and straight forward course - I had no problems with it at all.read more

I decided to take my Defensive Driving Course on line. They've made the course self pace and we learn to change out attitudes before getting in our vehicles,the crucial importance of everyone buckling up and driving defensively. It has made me realize and we all need to be reminded,how very important and precious life is. We're not required to take a final exam, however they do quiz us at the end of each lesson.read more

I did the course for insurance discount. It was easy to log in and work through in various sessions over several days. And pretty painless, just 6 hours or so to deal with for the class. I did learn some new info and refreshed my knowledge. I liked the vintage driving videos, and they still are good defensive driving info. The humor was appreciated as well!read more

If you gotta take the course this is the one. I paid the extra to do the video and was not disappointed. The site was easy to maneuver without getting lost or frustrated for this 50+ lady. The video is well done, broken up into segments with an easy quiz at the end of each segment. There is enough humor and variation in types of videos to keep you going. one of the most stress free experiences I've had. Very easy to understand and hard to loose focus. The videos were cheesy but understandable as well. They weren't those old pixilated videos and the whole program had humor added into it to make the experience slightly less boring.read more

It wasn’t that painful really. It has a self aware sense of humor that Defensive Driving is inherently boring but a necessary evil which made the campy parts bearable. Over all low stress, easy, convenient if slightly boring. But it did make me laugh every now and then.read more

This course was easy. I selected the video course for $35 because I didn't want to read. The videos were actually pretty enjoyable and you take small unit quizzes in between units (typically 6 or 7 videos). There is no final exam! I complete in about 3 days because I did it when I had time but this is easily done in a day or 2 if given the time and attention. Not that I want to take this course again, but if I had to I would definitely do it again.read more

I like that I can pause, rewind and fast forward videos. I like to take notes and then watch video. Make sure you record all the statistics. Would have been great if all the statistics were part of the summary and not only some. I like videos because I pay attention better and I am more focused. I like taking unit exams after each unit instead of one big exam at the end.read more

As far as defensive driving courses go, this wasn't too bad. It didn't try too hard to be a humorous course, but it has some dad jokes that are pretty funny. Overall it was cheap, convenient, simple, and didn't take too long.read more

I have taken a few different defensive driving courses online, and they have felt extremely boring and like time would simply not run out, but I was surprised to not feel that way with this course. I mean don't get me wrong, this course was boring too, but the way the information is laid out along with the interesting videos they show, I felt like I was speeding through the course. And since they didn't have a "final" exam at the end of the course, that was a major plus. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Again, it's defensive driving, so it will be boring, but they make it bearable.read more

I took this course to get out of a speeding ticket. It was easy and wasn't so boring that I wanted to fall asleep. It was actually very nice. I liked that they quizzed you after every Unit (8 total) rather than testing you at the end of the course. That made it easier to pass.read more

Because of my main browser there was some problem getting the video to display on my computer initially. However, I communicated with the provider and this was corrected by using a second browser. There was still some delay in viewing some of the videos but they were easily viewed by appropriate keys on my computer.
