The cost to renew your real estate license will vary based on the continuing education course you choose. If you choose to go through an online real estate school, such as The CE Shop, you will likely get a more affordable price. Your actual renewal fee will be $96 for online renewal, and there is a $5 late fee, per month, after the renewal date.
How many continuing education hours do you need to renew a real estate license in Pennsylvania?
Every two years, all Pennsylvania real estate licensees (salesperson, associate broker, and broker) must renew their licenses.
